An Old Bank Affair | Lindsay & Bryce | Historic Bank

the backstory

An old bank turned historic venue. Grit meets class. And at the center of it all—Lindsay and Bryce.

She’s the founder of Soulfire, a thriving yoga community built on connection and energy. A fashion-forward force with presence, purpose, and fire. He’s her perfect counterbalance—broad-shouldered, bearded, tatted, grounded. Calm, collected, and quietly intense.

Together? Unstoppable.

This wasn’t about perfect poses or curated moments. It was about soul. About documenting something real. Two people fully themselves, fully in love, surrounded by the ones who see them that way. We were just there to press record.

Nothing Manufactured. All Heart.

The backdrop was a renovated historic bank right outside of DC—a space with old-world bones and modern soul. It was everything at once: elevated but warm, refined yet raw. And it reflected Lindsay and Bryce perfectly.

The tall ceilings, gold accents, and marble walls gave the day weight. Add in their impeccable style, a few cigars, and a crowd that showed up for them, and you’ve got the kind of wedding that doesn’t just impress—it lingers.

The Venue: Moody, Classy, and Full of Character

When Lindsay first reached out, she made it clear: she wanted something different. Something bold. Not the cookie-cutter wedding video. And we got it—instantly.

Because Lindsay isn’t like everyone else. She leads with heart. She moves with purpose. And finding Bryce? That was alignment. The fire met its match in calm. The energy met its anchor.

As their Washington DC wedding videographer, we told them what we tell every couple looking for something real: “We can style and shoot it beautifully—but your story drives the film.”

And it did.

Their vows were unfiltered. Raw. Honest. No fluff. Just two people madly in love, pouring out everything they felt for each other and the community that brought them there.

More Than a Vibe—A Story That Hit Deep

Cue the cigars. Cue the moody lighting.

the film

“We are absolutely blown away by the film Will created!

The music selections are exactly the vibe we were going for. The part where Alex starts her toast and asks Josh to start the timer and Will drops in that fast cymbal beat GENIUS. The edit of Andrew’s boss reading the list of banned devices at the very end absolutely killed us. We laughed, we cried, felt all the feels reliving the big day.”
